In addition, we also provide other printing back-end equipment (such as paper cutter, die cutter, hot stamping machine, etc.) and digital printing equipment to meet the needs of different industries and customers.

Orders & Payments
1. What payment methods do you support?
For machinery and equipment transactions, we generally use the letter of credit (L/C) payment method, which provides a higher level of protection for both parties and is particularly suitable for large orders and cross-border transactions. For smaller amounts of equipment and consumables, we support wire transfer (T/T), PayPal and other mobile payment methods to ensure that the payment process is convenient and fast.
2. What is the process of equipment transaction?
The process of equipment transaction is usually as follows:
- Customer inquiry and demand confirmation: Customers inquire about the equipment through the official website, email, telephone, etc., and the sales team confirms the demand and provides quotations.
- Product quotation and contract signing: the sales team provides the product quotation, and the customer confirms and signs the formal contract.
- Payment method and payment: according to the contract, the customer chooses the payment method (such as letter of credit or telegraphic transfer) and pays the deposit or full payment.
- Equipment Production or Preparation: Arrange equipment production or prepare spot equipment according to the order.
- Equipment shipment and logistics arrangements: after the completion of equipment production, arrange shipment according to customer demand, and provide transportation documents.
- Equipment delivery and installation and commissioning: after the equipment arrives at the customer’s designated location, we provide installation and commissioning services, and acceptance.
- Payment of final payment: After the equipment delivery and installation and commissioning are completed, the customer pays the remaining final payment (if applicable).
- After-sales service and support: we provide a full range of after-sales service to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
